Another day without soda (or sweet tea or lemonade or anything "bad" to drink)!

I'm going to start a slightly new trend. I've been pretty good about listing what I eat in the order I eat it. Now I'm going to standardize a little bit more. Things on the same line were basically "meals" eaten at the same time. Everything should be in the order it was eaten, and now I'm going to stick the workout in the list according to when it happened, too.

No weight today, either. Probably a good thing since I've been eating peach cobbler every day.

Hard to remember, but I'll try.

  • pizza and a lot of it. the Stillson family made it. and it kept coming and coming and I kept eating and eating. plus beer. lots of bud light with the pizza.
  • pina colladas mixed in with occasional bud light.
Did I mention we got a keg of bud light? that might not have been the best of idears. Workout was a couple mile paddle. It was hard. Then swimming. Lots of kid tosses into the air, which is like squat jumps only harder. and I walked on my hands in the pool some.

201.4, 19.6% but that was after breakfast.  Didn't shower until then.  No workout today...but I did six straight days with one, so I'm due a day off.

Lots of food today!

Diversity.  But I'm eating real food for breakfast now at my trainer's urging.  Sure, I should be avoiding the biscuits, but supposedly everything else is fine.  Tomorrow I'm gonna have some turkey sausage!
  • three scrambled eggs
  • two sausage patties
  • one and a half country ham biscuits (they were small!)
  • two small cups of orange juice
  • bowl of homemade fruit salad (pineapple, oranges, apples, grapes, raisins, small marshmallows, miracle whip)
  • leftover cube steak from the other night
  • handful of Trader Joe's trail mix
  • Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • one Dewey's cake square (thanks Steve!).  It's really just a small piece of white sheet cake with icing on top.  Probably 2" square and an 1.5" tall.
  • probably the most diverse salad I've ever had...sugar snap peas, edamame beans, mixed greens, spinach, hard boiled egg, two kinds of sprouts, pecans, baby broccoli, celery, balsamic vinaigrette, shredded carrots

202.6 and 19.1% body fat, but that was late in the day after a hour and a half mountain bike ride, not my normal post-shower morning weight.  Forgot that today.

Fish!

Got some fish today.  Yummy.  Cooked it myself, too.

  • big tuna steak, seared
  • small side salad...mixed greens, spinach, sprouts, celery, baby broccoli, balsamic vinaigrette

  • bbq chicken breast (homemade)
  • parmesan rice (leftover from the other night)

Weighed in this morning at 200.0 with 20.8% body fat.  Today's workout was a tough cardio/strength circuit with my trainer.

Long day.

Dentist visit this morning, so I treated myself to a biscuit after.

  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • big salad, this time with variety!  mixed greens, spinach, two different kinds of sprouts, baby broccoli, one hard boiled egg, some steak, a small grilled chicken breast, balsamic vinaigrette
  • small serving of cube steak and white rice

Weighed 201.2 with 20.8% body fat this morning.  Workout today was an hour of pick-up basketball.  Played terrible!

Odd one.

Today was weird.

  • homemade chicken and cheese quesadilla

  • small glass of orange juice
  • bowl of grapes
  • pb&j sandwich

Weighed 199.4 with 21.2% body fat.  I must not have drank enough water yesterday, because there's no other way I lost two pounds in a day.  And then with all THIS food I've had, no way I'm light tomorrow.  Don't know why, but I've just been starving all day today.
