Not bad.

Not too bad for eating out all day.

  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • salad with grilled chicken from Red Robin
  • popcorn
  • shrimp scampi, small steak, mashed potatoes, and steamed broccoli from Ruby Tuesday
No weight today (forgot), and one hour stationary bike workout.
