Almost forgot!

Better late than never.
  • Three scrambled eggs
  • four slices of turkey bacon
  • Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • chicken salad sandwich from Saxapahaw General store (same as a couple days ago)
  • one 1/2 pound hamburger steak sandwich, one 1/4 pound one from Char-Grill, both with mayo, ketchup, cheese
  • small handful of fries, not even a small order
  • about a quarter bag of Skittles
  • Sprite (that and the Skittles were at the ballpark!)
201.2 pounds, 19.2% body fat. Workout was a full hour with my trainer doing a lot of full body stuff (upper back, shoulders, and endless amounts of squats!). Then I did about twenty minutes of running steps. Ugh.
