Oops, forgot yesterday.

Maybe it was subliminal.
  • frozen Whole Foods burrito
  • Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
  • spaghetti with meat sauce from Yesterday's Grill
  • banana
  • 1/2 pound and 1/4 pound hamburger steak sandwiches from Char-Grill, both with mayo, ketchup, and cheese
  • half order of fries (Kevin didn't finish his and you can't go wasting food!)
201.8 pounds, 18.4% body fat. No noonball equals no workout. It didn't have to, but call me lazy.
