Weight dropping!

Yay, the weight is still going down. But maybe not after tonight!

  • half chocolate chip cookie
  • half pork chop
  • half chicken breast
  • potato, zucchini, and squash stir fry
  • macaroni and cheese
  • two macadamia nut cookies
  • two Beefmaster franks with ketchup
  • one chicken tender, a few french fries
  • apple

198.8 pounds, 18.5% body fat. No workout, dadgummit.
