I keep forgetting these bad days.

Yeah, road trip day.
  • Balance Bare bar
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • Chick-fil-A chicken-salad sandwich, three chicken strips, large fruit cup
  • sweet tea (first one in two months!)
  • half chicken ceasar wrap, half turkey club wrap, some potato salad, and some of the boys' fries at some downtown Atlanta restaurant
No weight. Just forgot this morning. Workout was a 45 minute stationary bike ride.
