Snow day!

Made it to my workout in spite of the snow.
  • three scrambled eggs
  • turkey sausage
  • Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • big salad with turkey sausage, mixed greens, spinach, sugar snap peas, sprouts, carrots, two hardboiled eggs, cheese, balsamic vinaigrette, celery, and baby broccoli
  • grilled chicken sandwich from The Loop with bacon, cheese, tomato, lettuce, and mayo. Fruit cup as my side.
  • two small pieces of cheese pizza (from a kids pizza, very small)
  • soda
203.4 pounds, 19.1% body fat. Workout was an hour of full body stuff with my trainer.
