Toting kids around day.

Yeah, these are hard.

• scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon
• coke and other soda (hey, it was World of Coke tour day in Atlanta!)
• tuna salad from some salad concoction place in CNN Center (not a mayo type salad, a real salad with fresh tuna in it)
• seared Ahi Tuna from a seafood place in Atlanta
• apple pie and ice cream
• mai-tai

No weight today, no workout other than walking around downtown. Which isn't much.
