Oh, where to begin?!?

This is just bad.

• Balance Bare bar
• BBQ pork plate with baked beans and potato salad from Central BBQ in Memphis
• two big pieces of ham, two servings of green beans, white beans, corn, cornbread, roll, cup of vegetable soup, bowl of banana pudding all from The Old Country Store in Jackson, TN.

Hmm, it doesn't look so bad if you list it all like that. *giggle* No weight today, but I did do 45 minutes of spinning on a stationary bike and a good core circuit this morning.
