I dunno.
  • Balance Bare bar (was in a hurry)
  • Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • big salad with chicken on top, two hardboiled eggs, mixed greens, spinach, shredded carrots, balsamic vinaigrette, sprouts
  • big bowl of spaghetti with meat sauce
201.2 pounds, 18.8% body fat. Did almost two and a half hours of mountain biking with friends early this morning. Feeling it.
