Redux

Lunch looks a lot like supper last night:
  • three scrambled eggs
  • pork sausage
  • baked chicken breast
  • oven fried potatoes
  • steamed broccoli
  • apple
  • grilled chicken sandwich from The Loop
  • fruit cup (melon, grapes, pineapple)
  • Zach's and Kevin's leftover chicken tenders and fries
  • Trader Joe's trail mix

199.8 pounds, 19.1% body fat. No workout today. So sue me.
