Getting back into it.

Not great, but at least I didn't balloon while on vacation.
  • Balance Bare bar
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • three beef tacos, chips and cheese from Armadillo Grill
  • banana
  • taco salad with chili from Jason's Deli
  • half coke (can't be going cold turkey!)
  • small cup of soft serve ice cream
201.0 pounds, 18.9% body fat. Workout was an hour with the trainer doing a full body circuit.
