I remembered...

...laying in the bed almost asleep. So this one had to wait.

  • broccoli (steamed)
  • apple
200.2 pounds, 19.0% body fat. Workout was an hour of basketball, but it was three on three full court which is MUCH more work than just an hour of normal basketball. Lots of running. Knees shot today.
