Back.

Yay.
  • three scrambled eggs
  • pork sausage
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • four-point-five tacos from Armadillo Grill
  • trail mix
  • apple
  • two slices of Honey Baked ham
  • broccoli and rice casserole
  • cornbread with honey on it
199.2 pounds, 17.3 percent body fat. Workout was about thirty-five minutes on the stationary bike and then a two mile trail run.
