Workout again!

Got to hit it with my trainer again today. Good solid hour of fun!
  • three scrambled eggs
  • pork sausage
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • pork loin BBQ and potato salad from The Q-Shack
  • Mountain Dew
  • oatmeal raisin cookie
  • seared tuna and cheesy baked potato from 42nd Street Oyster Bar
  • sugar cookie
198.6 pounds and 18.2 percent body fat. I knew that number from yesterday was bogus! Anyway, two big cookies and a Mountain Dew doesn't make for a great day. Gotta get back to the salads.
