Shoot, forgot and went fried

Yeah, I did it.
  • three scrambled eggs
  • pork sausage
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • two chicken tenders and chips from Yesterday's grill (yeah, fried)
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • chicken, broccoli, and peppers stir fry with rice on the side
  • banana
  • trail mix
199.2 pounds, 18.0 percent body fat. Workout was a four mile mountain bike ride before the rain hit and shortened it. Ugh.
