Track food. Good food.

Had a mix today.
  • Balance Bare bar
  • sausage and egg biscuit at the track
  • banana
  • granola bar
  • two double cheeseburgers with ketchup (more track food!)
  • bbq pork on fried green tomatos and macaroni au gratin from Poole's in Raleigh. Yum!
  • big sugar cookie
Forgot to weigh today. Might forget tomorrow, too. No workout. Boo.
