Weight again!

Got it today.
  • three scrambled eggs
  • pork sausage
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • one pepperoni pizza role, one piece of bbq chicken pizza from Anna Maria's in Carrboro
  • Coke
  • one 1/2 pound hamburger steak, one 1/4 pound hamburger steak sandwich both with ketchup, mayo, and cheese and a handful of fries from Char-Grill
198.0 pounds and 18.8 percent body fat. Workout was an hour with my trainer.
