Long day.

Wheee.
  • pork sausage (Ashley forgot eggs at the store!)
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • three tacos and chips and dip from Armadillo Grill
  • Mountain Dew
  • tiny bag of Skittles
  • BBQ pork sandwich, hush puppies, from the Q-Shack
  • trail mix

199.2 pounds, 18.1% body fat. Workout was an hour with my trainer, full body kind of stuff.
