Track Day.

At least I worked out.
  • three scrambled eggs
  • chicken sausage
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • Wendy's double cheeseburger with ketchup, fries, soda
  • another soda *sigh*
  • three tacos, chips and dip from Armadillo Grill
  • small ice cream cone
199.8 pounds, 18.1% body fat. Workout was an hour with my trainer doing a little bit of everything, but mostly legs.
