  • two turkey and cheese sandwiches with mayo
  • trail mix
  • homemade pot roast, steamed broccoli, rice and gravy
  • pomegranate lemonade
198.6 pounds and 18.1% body fat. Hmm, it went up considerable in one day. Hmm. Anyway, workout was an hour of whole body stuff with my trainer.
