More track food. Then worse food.

  • Balance Bare bar
  • sausage and egg biscuit
  • pack of peanut butter crackers
  • banana
  • apple
  • grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo
  • Sun Chips
  • two Filet-o-fish sandwiches, one medium fry from McDonalds
If I weighed myself today, I don't remember it. I don't think that's because of my crash, but you never know. I do know I didn't really work out, but I did sweat a lot in the race car. For what that's worth.
