I don't remember what the heck I weighed this morning. Probably 199.0 and I think 18.6% body fat. Or something. I've fallen back into the "Balance bar" routine in the mornings somehow, but it's unwillingly. I just couldn't get up this morning in time for anything more. Which made me think my workout (and hour with my trainer) would suck, but it really didn't. I kicked butt, I thought. No soda today!
