Forgot BAD.

This ain't gonna be thorough. It's for Tuesday, April 28.
  • Balance Bare bar
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • two turkey sandwiches with cheese and mayo
  • beef in gravy, mashed potatoes, and steamed broccoli (all homemade)
Don't remember the weight. Workout was an hour of basketball, three on three full court.
