Man, I'm slack.

Forgot again.
  • three scrambled eggs
  • pork sausage
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • some crackers
  • celery and broccoli, raw, in some light ranch
  • grilled chicken breast, grilled salmon, potato salad, slaw
Didn't weight in yesterday. Workout was an 1:15 on the stationary bike and then some stuff in the pool for rehab.
