Didn't forget!

Well, not forgetting is more rare than forgetting these days.
  • three scrambled eggs
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • two cheeseburgers, just ketchup from Allen and Son BBQ on 15-501
  • sweet tea
  • sausage and pepperoni pizza from Rudinos
  • root beer
197.2 pounds, 18.7% body fat. Workout was an hour with my trainer, mostly upper body.
