Didn't do too badly, I guess.
  • three scrambled eggs
  • pork sausage
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • two large helpings of homemade lasagna
  • coconut cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • apple
196.8 pounds (two days in a row, really?) and 18.1% body fat. Workout was about 3.5 miles of mountain biking and then about two miles of trail running.
