OMG, Two Days in a Row!

That I didn't forget! Amazing!
  • Balance Bare bar
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • pork chop and gravy, steamed broccoli, and some beef in gravy that were leftover
  • two BBQ chicken sandwiches, oven fried zucchini and onions
  • two Clif bars
  • one mini Krispy Kreme Kruller (just one!)
Didn't weigh today, but I did do an hour of mountain biking and then an hour of basketball.
