Back in the routine...

Road tripping done and I'm back at it.
  • three scrambled eggs
  • pork sausage
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • grilled chicken sandwich from Saxapahaw General Store
  • Snickers bar
  • Nature Valley Fruit & Nut bar
  • homemade steak, chicken, green beans, and oven fried potatoes
198.6 pounds and 18.6% body fat. Workout was an hour with the trainer.
