Badges? We don't need no steeeenking badges!

Might as well keep up the Blazing Saddles.
  • three krispy kreme doughnuts
  • Wendy's double cheeseburger with ketchup
  • fries (dammit)
  • twisted vanilla frosty with Oreo (double-dammit!)
  • coke (I'd say "triple-dammit", but at this point it's no longer funny and just sad)
  • "chicken fresco" at Ruby Tuesday. Has some sort of balsamic something on tomato slices on grilled chicken. mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.
197.8 pounds, 18.1 percent body fat. The BF is definitely going down slowly overall, but that scale doesn't measure terribly accurately (obviously with the way the numbers bounce day to day). Well, and days like today won't help the BF since not only did I eat like, err, I can't say, but I've been in a car all day with no workout in sight. Blame my wife on the doughnuts, though. Stupid fundraisers at stupid elementary school. Stupid stupid stupid.
