Oops again.

Forgot yesterday.

  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • two cheeseburgers with lettuce, tomato, ketchup from Allen and Sons BBQ
  • banana
  • three tacos and chips and cheese from Armadillo Grill
197.8 pounds, 19.1% body fat (that scale is weird!). Workout was an hour with the trainer, but it wasn't much of a workout thanks to how sore I was from the day before. Wow.
