I gotta do better, but these next few days will suck since I'll be at the track. Ugh.
  • Balance Bare bar
  • chicken and black-bean burrito from Carrburrito (with flour chips and chipotle)
  • handful of jelly beans
  • leftover pot roast, bbq chicken, rice and gravy
  • trail mix
199.2 pounds, 18.1 percent body fat (I think yesterday was the same, I don't know why I remembered it as 19%). No workout. Ugh.
