You people are letting me down.

My eating is getting worse, and nobody is complaining.
  • Balance Bare bar
  • pork chop, rice and gravy, green beans
  • lemonade
  • two big Great Harvest oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies (TWO!)
  • one rice krispy treat (homemade, does that count???)
  • Double "D" burger from the Blue Ribbon Diner in Mebane (lettuce, tomato, chili, 3/4 pound of beef, cheddar cheese) and fries (*sigh*)
Forgot to weigh today (heh). Workout was a 2.3 mile run (stupid iPod started acting up so I that the lamest excuse EVAR or what?)

okay. i'll complain. good luck with eating better and with having a functioning ipod so your workouts can be better. :)
