THREE!

Nyah-nyah. And you didn't think I had it in me.
  • Balance Bare bar
  • ground beef taco and enchilada, refried beans, rice, chips, and salsa from Torrero's
  • Clif bar
  • two Oatmeal Creme Pies
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • two turkey and cheese sandwiches with mayo
  • two small Krispy Kreme donuts
The scale said 199.0 and 18.7% body fat, but it didn't mean it. Workout was 2:15 of mountain biking with some of the Pisgah crew. Feel like I'm in better shape than this time last year, but still hit a wall at about and hour-forty-five that sucked. Not only did my legs try to quit, my brain shut down, too. Ugh.
