Long day of biking.
  • banana
  • blueberry muffin
  • sausage and egg biscuit from McDonalds
  • nacho chips and salsa
  • lots of trail mix
  • turkey and cheese sandwich with mayo
  • bbq sandwich, slaw, three mini reeses cups
No weight today, workout was 13 miles of mountain biking in Pisgah with about 1800 feet of ascent.
