Can't sleep, remembered blog.

  • three scrambled eggs, pork sausage
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • tuna steak, mashed potatoes, spinach salad, key lime pie, from Sullivan's Steak House in Raleigh
  • three hot dogs with ketchup, sour cream and onion chips (at home)
  • four mini-krullers from Krispy-Kreme with whole milk
195.0 pounds, 18.0% body fat. Workout was an hour with my trainer doing mostly upper body again. Legs are shot from all the basketball yesterday.
