Two in a row late.
  • three scrambled eggs, pork sausage
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • chicken carbonara from Panzanella, chocolate cake
  • Mountain Dew
  • vegetable beef soup, grilled cheese (at home)
200.6 pounds, 18.8% body fat. Workout was an hour with the trainer and was whole body cardio. Yum.
