Dad. Gum. It.

Yes, day late.
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Balance Bare bar
  • two cheeseburgers with ketchup from Allen and Sons
  • grilled chicken and noodles (leftovers)
  • bowl of grapes
  • Clif bar
201.0 pounds, 18.7% body fat. That number is badly off, though, thanks to my weekend vacation. Workout today was 1.5 hours of stationary bike.
