To "What I ate yesterday."

• Clif bar
• cinnamon roll from Sunrise Biscuit Kitchen
• grilled chicken breast with bbq sauce and cheese on it, fries, slaw from Big Shotz Cafe in Lewisville
• chicken stir fry and brown rice with peppers and broccoli
• two pomegranate martinis (small)
• lots of tortilla chips and salsa

No weight, no workout. Still recovering from earlier in the week.
