Saturday was yesterday.

Oops again!
  • bacon and pancakes with syrup
  • five packs of Gu
  • three Clif bars
  • peanut butter and preserves sandwich on wheat
  • Powerbar "gels" energy shots (four)
  • huge bowl of chili
  • nachos, salsa (lots)
No weight, workout was a mere 25 miles of mountain biking.
