Still caught up (though this comes after midnight, it still counts!)

Long day.
  • Clif bar
  • banana
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • leftover chicken and gravy and rice
  • salad with mixed greens (including spinach), boiled egg, carrots, celery, balsamic vinaigrette, broccoli
  • nacho salad with chili on it from McAlisters
  • lemonade
  • Cytofuse recovery shake (yes, a second one)
199.0 pounds, 18.0% body fat. Workout was an hour of basketball at lunch outside, then almost two hours of basketball at night inside. Lots of running, long games.
