A bit 'bout how to give and take.

  • Muscle Provider shake
  • three scrambled eggs, pork sausage
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • four chicken strips, fries, sweet tea, and fruit cup from Chick-fil-A
  • Dominos pepperoni pizza
  • Snickers bar
  • banana bread and a small cup of whole milk
198.0 pounds, 18.3% body fat. Workout was an hour with the trainer doing another whole-body circuit.
