The double is back!

No, not a burger, the double workout day! Yay!
  • three scrambled eggs
  • three slices of turkey bacon
  • Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • frozen burrito from Whole Foods
  • two pan fried pork chops
  • steamed potatoes
  • steamed broccoli
  • apple
201.8 pounds, 19.8% body fat. Did an hour of core and shoulder work with the trainer, then did an hour of basketball. That's right, phasing the double back in!
