Yeah, okay.

Could have been better!
  • four scrambled eggs
  • four pieces of pork sausage
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • two cheeseburgers with ketchup and mayo
  • sweet tea
  • 1.5 cookies
  • pork chop
  • baked zucchini, squash, and potatoes
  • macaroni and cheese
No weight again, but I did 45 minutes on the stationary bike and then did about a 2.5 mile run that actually felt pretty good.
