Another day.

Just another day.
  • three scrambled eggs
  • pork sausage
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • chicken salad sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo from Saxapahaw General Store
  • two Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pies (sad, but true)
  • steak and grilled onions and peppers and a small helping of mac and cheese
  • apple
  • some trail mix
198.4 pounds, 18.3% body fat. Workout was an hour with my trainer doing a full body set of stuff.
