Humpday Run

Short, but sweet.
  • Muscle Provider shake, three scrambled eggs, sausage
  • 2 mile run, 1 mile mountain bike (don't ask)
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • turkey, bacon, ranch sandwich from Arby's
  • big salad, cheeseburger, Tennessee Tea from Ruby Tuesday
  • handful of trail mix
