I'm a bloggin' fool.

Who can argue with that?
  • Muscle Provider shake, Clif bar (hey, we were out of sausage and eggs!)
  • one hour workout with my trainer doing full body stuff
  • Cytofuse Recovery shake
  • two peanut butter and banana sandwiches on whitewheat (what does that MEAN?)
  • steak nachos and Mountain Dew from Armadillo Grill
  • Snapple
Gotta figure out what I'm doing for exercise tomorrow.
