Here kitty kitty kitty...

No, wait. Wrong blog. I'd never EAT one.
  • Muscle Provider shake, three scrambled eggs
  • one hour workout with the personal trainer doing upper body
  • Cytofuse recovery shake (chocolate, bleck!)
  • two double cheeseburgers with ketchup from Burger King
  • steak stir fry with broccoli, peppers, and squash over white rice
  • big handful of Keebler Club Mutlti-Grain crackers
Hmm, no soda again. Doing pretty good on that front.
