Back to the grind.

And on the bike!
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • banana
  • Cyfofuse recovery shake
  • cheesesteak sandwich and chips from Ham's
  • frozen Coke
  • baked chicken tenders, broccoli, and macaroni at home
  • half an A&W root beer
No weight, but I did a pretty killer workout. Seven miles of mtn biking at 7.5MPH average.
