Ooh, I did remember.

On BBQ day. Amazing.
  • two bowls Honey Nut Cheerios in whole milk
  • Mountain Dew
  • pizza
  • Lemonade
  • big Pomegranate Martini (yay, Jane!)
  • Cheerwine
  • bbq chicken, bbq pork, green beans, potato salad, fries, and hushpuppies.
  • slice of cake, some of the last of the peach cobbler (hate I missed out on a real dose of that!)
203.0 pounds, 20.0% body fat, workout was a lot of sweating in the sun being outside ALL day.
